Teppan-yaki (Japanese style grilled meat and vegetables on a hot plate) restaurant SUN in Sano city of Tochigi prefecture started offering Halal meat (Wagyu beef) under the supervision of NIKKOKEN.
In starting this commitment, they made a system for accepting Muslim customers by preparing a complete set of new cooking utensils. They have a hot plate just for Halal meat and will correspond to alcohol in ingredients, etc. They are also planning on making a prayer space in the future.
