Muslim-friendly bread baking class held by Liaison Project in Tokyo

Why don’t you make Muslim-friendly breads yourself?

Do you know any bakery that sells Muslim-friendly breads?
This time Liaison Project held a bread baking class where Muslim can also eat the breads.
They produced “My Bread Bakery” (former name: Halal Bakery Cafe Liaison) which reopened recently.

How about making Muslim-friendly breads like those sold at My Bread Bakery?

Students’ impressions

Because I really love bakery, it’s happy when I just look at bakery or get smell of breads. But this time I could have made breads myself so I’m twice as happy. Moreover I’m grateful to the teachers because they explained simply and kindly. I’m glad to join this event!

It was wonderful for me to make bread, and I can eat those! Usually I can’t eat bread, and baking bread is not easy. So I’m very happy to make delicious bread!
