What is the feature of your company and the products?
Our company is under the group ‘Nisshin Oillio Group’, where we started with edible oil. Now we are a food trading specialist company handling a wide range of products. We are a private brand which has obtained global halal certification (JAKIM、CICOT、TSE etc.)
Why did your company acquire Halal certification?
We would like customers with different dietary habits and culture to enjoy a wide range of food.
What is the recommended way of eating/cooking/using it?
Halal oil can be used for tempura, fried and stir-fry food items. For bouillon, you can use it as soup base such as for Ramen, for sauce seasoning, and even for food which are more thick in texture such as curry. It is in powder form so it dissolves and can be measured easily, and you can use it to add a bit of flavour in your food.
What are you looking forward to in Halal Expo Japan 2016?
To increase exposure for our products, and to get more new customers.
