Exhibitor Profile of Halal Expo Japan 2016
What is the feature of your company and the products?
We are major in manufacturing pineapple cake, ice mung bean cake and different kinds of bakery products in Taiwan and we also have a few factories that have passed Halal and HACCP certifications. Due to this reason, companies like China Airlines, DFS can rely on our technical.
Our main commodity is ICE MUNG BEAN CAKE. This product is made by the Mung beans kernels, Oliver oil and Trehalose, so there are no other additives added and it tastes very tender and smooth.
Why did your company acquire Halal certification?
Muslim world is the next generation market, but in Taiwan there are few people know about this certificate therefore we are front of other companies so we have to do this to help our products be exported to the world.
What is the recommended way of eating/cooking/using it?
Our pineapple cake uses natural butter and Taiwan native pineapple so before eating you can put in the oven to reheat for 3-5mins therefore making more fragrant.
Ice mung bean cake is suitable for -5 degree, the taste is like ice cream. We have developed over six different flavors and each one represent Taiwan unique cultures.
What are you looking forward to in Halal Expo Japan 2016?
We hope this exhibition can help us to find the local dealers or OEM customers in Japan.
