Shinjuku Tempura Tsunahachi Ginza branch decided to wholly end its use of pork in the restaurant, and provide meals cooked all with halal ingredients including seasonings and personal plate according to your request even though other customers eat with sauce containing mirin. About “Tsunahachi”
The tempura specialty restaurant was founded in 1924 in Shinjuku, Tokyo. With over 9 years of history, they are constantly growing with the transition of time, and now have 30 branches for restaurants and 9 take-out shops across Japan.
Tsunahachi is very peculiar about oil, and is using expensive taihaku oil, which is manufactured by squeezing 100% pure raw sesame seeds. Please enjoy the techniques used by chefs to bring out the true taste of fresh ingredients.
