Shira, a yakiniku restaurant in Chiba City started Muslim-friendly services

The entire Chiba-city is promoting Muslim-friendly services.(See Muslim-friendly in Chiba) Chiba city started Muslim-friendly yakiniku, and will also be offering HALAL-certified wagyu beef.

How Muslim-friendly in Shira is

①Halal-friendly course
Muslim-friendly sauce and rock salt (from Himalayas, Andes, Machu Picchu, and France) are provided.

②Muslim-friendly tableware
We keep Halal meat ayway from normal one.

③Policies (Please make sure to read through this)
・The restaurant is not HALAL-certified.
・The restaurant serves alcohol drinks
・We can only serve HALAL menu even if there is a non-Muslim person in your party.
・We will show you HALAL certificate of meats before serving them
・All ingredients used are also HALAL
・Separate cooking devices are used, such as cutting board, knives, and bowls.
・Regular menus are cooked in the kitchen, so it is not HALAL.
・Although the dishes used are the same as regular menus, we can provide disposable dishes, glassware, fork, knives, and chopsticks if necessary.
・Halal wire-netting and tongs are prepared
