Japanese restaurant Matsuri is about to activate “Curry Project” that offer Japanese curry
No.1 Muslim-friendly Japanese restaurant Matsuri in Osaka will start curry menus such as Mt. Fuji Curry and Curry ramen from 10th in August.
Curry Project and Japanese Curry
When it comes to halal curry, you may come up with Indian curry but this project deals with Japanese curry produced by NICHIREI FOODS INC.
Indian curry is generally soupy and eaten with Nan while Japanese curry is thickened and matches Japanese rice.
Curry Project Menu
Menus available by this project are
1 Mt. Fuji Curry ¥700
This is super healthy vegetable curry with rice shaped into Mt. Fuji, the most well-known symbolic landmark in Japan.
2 Curry Ramen ¥850
Collaboration of Japanese curry with ramen. Thin noodle is mixed well with thick soup, this is awesome!
3 Dry Curry ¥700
Nasi goreng-like spicy dry curry. Both volume and taste are satisfying.
4 Curry Dipping Noodles ¥850
Cold soup or hot soup can be selected. Matsuri original menu catch your taste all the year.

You can add some topping such as chicken katsu and karaage to the curry.
