Even though it is located on governmental agency building, this café can be enjoyed by everyone.

Choose dish you want and take ticket available on the side of menu description stand. Bring it to the cashier, pay, and you will get a receipt.
Take the receipt and bring it to kitchen corner, where restaurant staff prepare your food and enjoy your dish!
